Therapeutic Massage is a combination of Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myo-Fascial Release, and Diaphragmatic Breathing. Therapeutic Massage will use techniques such as passive engagement stretching techniques, which passively stretch the tight and overactive muscles. Therapeutic Massage therapy can be both relaxing and energizing and is designed to activate the client’s parasympathetic nervous system.
