Therapeutic Massage is a combination of Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myo-Fascial Release, and Diaphragmatic Breathing. Therapeutic Massage will use techniques such as passive engagement stretching techniques, which passively stretch the tight and overactive muscles. Therapeutic Massage therapy can be both relaxing and energizing and is designed to activate the client’s parasympathetic nervous system.

Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates.

Designed for people who want to lengthen muscles and improve their range of motion. Corrective Stretching includes proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and myofascial release techniques that break up fascial adhesions within the muscle tissue to improve the muscles’ ability to lengthen.

Mobile Massage Party. Services include one customized massage for 60 minutes for each client. No more than 60 minutes per session for each client. K.H.A.L.M. will bring a tent for outdoor sessions.
